How to wake up earlier
"6:30-7:30 most days, with lots of coffee."
How I did it: Got a puppy. He doesn't have a snooze button.
It's nice to be up earlier and get the day going sooner so I don't feel "behind" all day. So I'm glad I'm doing this, sometimes it's hard though. Morning sleep is the best sleep!
Lessons & tips: Focus on the things you like about getting up. Don't sleep in; breaking the pattern makes it harder when you want to get up early again.
