How to drink more water
"Habit forming"
How I did it: I have a jug that I filled with purified water each day and my aim was to drink that entire jug of water. Most days it was gone and I've noticed that in the last week or so, I actually run out of water.
Lessons & tips: When going out, fill up a reusable bottle/s with water from your morning water jug. This way you know how much water you are drinking and you can keep tabs on how you're going with this goal and your hydration.
Resources: Water purifier so you're drinking nice tasting water, refillable water bottles, ordering water in restaurants & cafe's with meals or alongside other beverages. And the jug! You need to keep tabs on your daily intake so have a jug - it's the easy way!
