How I did it: I just decided to do it and never smoked again - it was that simple. I was sick and tired of lying to myself - trying to quit and constantly failing made me feel like an idiot so i believe my desire was so strong, it took over.
Lessons & tips: I don't think you can ever really quit unless you see & refer to yourself as a non-smoker. Don't look at yourself as a person 'trying' to quit. Believe it.

So i’ve not smoked for 4 months now & actually i craved a cigarette yesterday… i’m actually craving one right now but i really, really, really don’t want to be back there again.
If i buy a packet of tobacco now, i won’t smoke just 1 cigarette but it’ll be the whole packet so gotta stay strong.
