Do you find that one day a week is enough to progress forward (in flexibility and balance), or is it kind of like you are newly starting each week?
How I did it: i found a really hip yoga studio near me and just started going. So far I've been going every Monday night since january and i love it! i sleep better, been more awake. The best advice I can give is just to do it.
