How to practice Yoga

Do you find that one day a week is enough to progress forward (in flexibility and balance), or is it kind of like you are newly starting each week?

i should have made myself more specific. i do a studio practice once a week, at home i have a yoga mat and blocks and practice 3 times a week. you will probably need more than once a week before you really see the benefits, or your progress might be kind of slow. hope this helps!
