How to floss daily
"I flipped the habit on its head and it worked!"
How I did it: I know it is likely more beneficial to floss at night, but I am usually tired and don't want to do it. So I started flossing in the morning, and it's been so much easier, that I find myself not only doing it, but feeling odd if I don't. It's great to have such a clean mouth feeling to start the day.
And though flossing at night might be better, not flossing at all was much, much worse than flossing in the morning consistently.
