How I did it: I got a link from the Wikipedia n-back article and downloaded the program... at first it all seemed so fast and I couldn't remember what came two steps before - now I score 100% on 2-back easily and it seems slooooow. I've reached 4-back but I'm not yet any good at that level. The progress chart is a fun addition to the program.

Lessons & tips: Just play a few rounds every day at lunchtime - make it a routine.
