How I did it: I prayed and prayed to gain weight. While being with my boyfriend of 9 months, I lost all appetite to eat because I was always thinking about him. I loved him so much and just the thought of being with him gave me butterflies. I couldn't eat. Stomachaches took over my life.. so I'd barely eat.

I lost 13 pounds which brought me down to 92. I was so scared.. If I lost anymore weight I was sure my health would just crumble.

Then, Jesus blessed me. My ex and I broke up. Then I began focusing on God. I could eat again! No more worrying or anxiety of being in a relationship. Plus, I began working out in my Fitness class at college which made me even more hungry. I started gaining right away and now have gained the 13 pounds back as well as a couple more.

Thank the Lord! I give all my praise to Him!

Lessons & tips: If you're like me and have IBS, it's sooo difficult to eat sometimes. Anxiousness, butterflies, stress all play into making it hard to eat.

Jesus can help. If you pray, and just think of Him, it is likely that a calming sensation will consume you. The worries and anxieties will fall away when you meditate on Jesus!
