How I did it: Made a move on this girl I've known for two years. I know her innermost desires and secrets and I know the way she thinks. It felt like I was getting to know her all over again every time we met, and two years on I still felt the magic of a blossoming relationship. So, with everyone telling me to make a move, I finally did. And you can piece together what happened from there.

Lessons & tips: If you ever feel yourself being friendzoned, get the fuck out of there or be prepared to be stringed along for a very long time.

Hang in there!

just because you got friendzoned doesn’t mean there isn’t someone else out there. Be true to yourself, when you’re starting to have feelings for someone, don’t waste your time, tell them. If they tell you they’re not interested move on. You can still be friends of course. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. They just weren’t right for you.

You know you’re catch. Act like it. (That’s the real way to “man up.”)
