How I did it: Started getting up at 5:00 to wake and give my son company to study for his exams.
I required 3 alarms earlier - then reduced to two and now I can get up without the alarm at 4:45!!
I get up and sit on my terrace (open to sky) and do my pranayams (yogic breathing) and vipassana meditation... Charges me and makes me ready to face the world...
Lessons & tips: Start getting up even if you dont have an agenda. Just pottering around, looking at the sunrise, going for a walk or sipping coffee dreaming... anything... but not internet surfing or checking mails...
Slowly your body clock changes and you get up refreshed and wide awake!
Eating light and early in the evening also helps!
