How to grow a garden of paper flowers inside my home by atinygoat

"My garden is now growing on the wall in the hallway."

How I did it: Over the years, I have been saving entire magazines and cut-out images of things I think are beautiful or interesting.  During this time, I amassed 8 or 9 big, colorful flower images. 

They got misplaced, but last night while cleaning, I rediscovered them, grabbed some tape, and planted them on my wall.  

Lessons & tips: If you stumble across an image you like, save it for later use.. you never know what you will be inspired to make later.

I've also found it to be useful to have a designated spot for such things.  When I as living in the States and had much more stuff, I had a box for all such items.  Now that I'm living somewhere where I had to carry all of my possessions in, I'm using an accordion file to store all of my cut-outs, plus things like important documents. 

Resources: "scotch" (what we call tape, here in Morocco)

scissors

heaps of old magazines, specifically bridal magazines

an empty wall
