How I did it: My insurance paid for $1000 of it and I used Care Credit for the rest. If you can pay off the balance in 18 months or less, then there is no interest provided you do not make any late payments. I just set the auto pay for a little more than what it would take to pay it all off before the 18 months time.
The braces are inconvenient and uncomfortable at first, but the soreness was motivating for me since I could tell that they were working!
You still have to wear a retainer once your finished, but only at night.

Lessons & tips: Be sure that if you get any attachments put on your teeth, that the dentist buffs them off properly.
