How to weigh under 200
"Exercise and eat small."
How I did it: I did exactly what everyone says you should do to lose weight. Namely, I exercised more, and I ate less. It sounds like the hardest thing, but I decided it was only as hard as I'd let it be. "Under 200" isn't where I'm stopping my weight loss, but it was a good goal that fell soon after losing 10% of my body weight, and I'm loving that the number on the scale starts with a 1 again.
Lessons & tips: Eating small is important. At first I was pretty hungry all the time, but as I continued to eat small portions, my body adjusted.
