How I did it: Researched areas and prices for a few months, then made a list of my must-haves in an apartment. Looked online til we found the dream home, got it and moved in! Easy. Now I get to wake up with a park accross the road, a short tram trip to the city, and inexplicabley, balloons flying over my house each morning. I love it!
