How to loose 7lbs
"Hard work but so, so worth it!"
How I did it: Committing to a VLCD (Lighter Life) and learning new ways to tackle my unhelpful eatting habits and deal with my issues around food. Counselling is really important throughout this process. Not only have I achieved this goal, so far I've lost 35lbs (over 3 months) and am still going.
Lessons & tips: Be honest with yourself, don't be hard on yourself, learn to love yourself.
