How to knit a multidirectional scarf

So pretty!

I love it!

thanks

I think it would have been better to use a colorway that had a higher contrast in colors, but the idea was to have some of Mary’s yarn with me, since we shared a love of knitting. It took me forever! I finally have my wrist back, though, so I’ve got a few projects to finish up or get busy on, depending on the mood. I have a lace shawl that’s about finished, but takes a lot of concentration. Maybe since I’m temporarily home during the day I’ll get to it. Lots of things to do, though….
Thanks again!

So glad your wrist is all better...

I’m no knitter, but I have to disagree with you on the colorway :) I think the subtlety is so pretty!

And how special that it’s made from Mary’s yarn.

What a great project!

I have recently rediscovered knitting – I loved this project. I was also interested in your book with patterns for one skein of sock yarn. I would very much like to know hat is the name of the book?

one skein

I’m thinking it’s called One Skein, but I also have one for one skein of sock yarn. That one’s Sock Yarn One Skein Wonders. Both are great for quick projects. I TOTALLY love knitting. I haven’t been able to just recently (working six day work weeks) but things are slowing down a bit at work and I may take a project along. Course, it’s been nice catching up on reading time, too, so I may trade off.
Do you knit socks (my favorite projects, I think)?
