How to make my own focaccia bread
How I did it: Oh. Wow.
The bread turned out sooooo well!
I made this on Friday night - I was feeling inspired to make it, so I finally did, and I based our whole meal around it. We had my sister and her boyfriend over for dinner and this is what we had:
HOME-MADE Parmesan foccacia bread
Balsamic vinegar dip
Caribbean-marinated grilled chicken
Sweet yellow peppers
Cucumber
Garlic hummus
Garlic & butter rice
An Oriental Party Pack from M&M's (the random addition to our meal)
Oh wow. The bread was simply incredible!
It honestly tasted like something you would get in an nice restaurant - that's how good it was! It was the perfect texture, it was baked to perfection and it tasted amazing.
We were talking about how yummy it was and all of a sudden, my sister's BF was like "Wait. You didn't MAKE this, did you?!" and the look on his face was so disbelieving. I felt so happy with the way it turned out!

(if anyone wants the recipe, send me a message and I'll get it over to you)
Lessons & tips: Make sure you give yourself lots of time to make this bread - it took me over 3 hours!
Have friends over to eat it with you, because it makes a LOT of bread! :)
