How to drink more water
"Staying properly hydrated has helped change my eating habits, fix sleep patterns, and make me feel well all around."
How I did it: As part of a new wellness regime I am adopting, I am challenged to drink 2-3 liters of water a day. It's sometimes a challenge, but always keeping a glass of water handy helps hit the target. It's a good idea to use a bottle that has a known measure to track your progress. Set the goal and stick to it - it will change your life. :)
