A Year Later...

I’ve hit my original weight goal and revised it to an even lower one which I am now 3.5 lbs away from. I have lost almost 75 lbs in this journey and am now finding myself becoming more active as a result of my weight loss.

To anyone who is on their own personal lifestyle change, let me tell you that is IS possible and you CAN succeed. Just keep yourself positive – even during the difficult times – and you will succeed.
