How to stop eating sugar for a month
How I did it: 02/12/12: I tried to start 2012 without any sugar after abusing of it during the holidays but failed twice.
I restarted again and finally followed it through. I was ok unless when I saw something sweet. The craving would come but, I focused on eating something healthy, find something to do or just drank water (amazing how sometime it was all that i needed).
Lessons & tips: Start small; one week without sweets and see how it goes.

I did this too, and I found that when I ate foods higher in fat and protein it helped with cravings. Nuts and eggs and veggies and meat and stuff.
Or if you really cant resist something sweet try fruit.
It’s super hard but you can do it!

I did well for a week and then craved for a day really bad. I am sure some people can follow thru for one month without fail, but that wasn’t my case, so I recommended that the people who don’t think they can, to start small.
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar really made me lose interest in sugar. But today, I went straight to the pretzels!
