Consistency-Awesome!
The fact that no matter what you kept rolling every day and took that minimum 1shot a day-that’s a discipline I want to learn and carry over into a lot of areas of my life. I trip myself up on the notion that “it” has to be “perfect” and since it it invariably won’t be (and I have no idea what ‘perfect’ is anyway) I say, well, let’s do it ‘perfectly’ tomorrow. And then discipline, consistency, momentum, the whole point of the goal is out the window. Thank you your account there inspired me-just do it! Get out of my head and into the forward march of the goal! Thank you.

My problem...
is not just the consistency aspect of things or the perfectionism, although I do also suffer from those. The problem I have is that I’m a bit of a completist. If I can keep up the momentum and finish the whole challenge, I do fine. But once I miss a day or two, I tend to throw in the towel and have a difficult time regaining that momentum. In any case, thanks for the comment, and good luck keeping up with your momentum.
