How to have better posture

How I did it: I started taking yoga and saw a difference pretty early on (or rather, my friends and family noticed the difference and told me how great and healthy I looked!), but the real difference came with karate-not only does that make you a more confident person, but it also develops the muscles that make standing up straight comfortable and natural.
