How to love myself
"extremely worthwhile"
How I did it: I was at a low place a couple of years ago. I started slowly, focusing on my studies. As time went by, I started adding in more social events, and started to come out of my shell. I spent a lot of time thinking about myself as a person- what sort of person I am, what things make me happy, what things make me unhappy. Where possible, I found ways to remove negative things from my life.
The best and simplest way to do this goal is to reflect on it daily. Listen to your body. What do you need to do for you?
