How to lose weight so that I weight 130 pounds, and keep at that weight.
How I did it: -Cut midnight snacks
-Stop eating fast food (once in a while is OK)
-Stop drinking sodas (again, once in a while is OK)
-If you are thirsty, drink WATER.
-Walk everyday (an hour a day will help a lot)
-Excersie, do something fun!
-Eat in smaller portions
-Eat until you are satisfied, then STOP.
-Fruits are great snacks.
-Do not get obsessed, take baby steps.
Lessons & tips: Take Baby steps, and set realistic goals. Weight might take a while to go away, but it will stay away and it will be worth it.
Resources: -Water
-Water and water
-Excersive (Fun activities, a good idea: hula hoop)
-A colon cleanser at the beginning of the diet can be beneficial, but not necessary.
