How to do 50 pushups
"Difficult, but worth it!"
How I did it: I did as many push-ups that I could everyday, except the days after I would bench press at the Gym. It seems the combination of push-ups and bench press helped me gain strength and mass enough to make it to 50 push-ups rather quickly.
Lessons & tips: Keep at it. You may hit a plateau but you will get out of it if you push yourself.
