How to become a morning person.
"I've learned that I have to get out of bed and into the shower no matter how I feel and everything will be better"
How I did it: I still hate waking up but I've become self-aware enough to know that I just have to force myself up and into the shower. About half-way thru my shower, I feel ready to take on the day. If I lay in bed and moan and groan, I'm just wasting time. It also helps to get a decent amount of sleep, although it's not always possible. And to wake up around the same time everyday so your internal clock kicks in.
Lessons & tips: Get enough sleep. Wake up around the same time. Get up and start your day and your brain will catch up.
