Harjeet Kaur nthng much...
hey...
evn i m gonna try dis…. coz evn i m suffering 4m dis prob….
How I did it: It's been many many years that I haven't drunk much water. I could spend entire days without drinking much and for soemt ime it didn't annoy me.
Then I noticed having some sorts of headaches, tiredness and just a desire not to do anything. I've heard this might eb caused by dehydration so I gave it a change and voila! it worked.
The real change happened after reading some other guy's how to drink more water entry. His message made so much sense to me that I couldn't but listen to him. And he was right. The key solution to the difficulty of defying a long-lived habit of not drinking water is carrying a water bottle with you or leaving one where you spend much time. It saves you the effort of going up and looking for some drink and is so much comfortable.
Lessons & tips: Drinking more water made me feel much more alert, active and alive. I finished up eating less snacks becuase my stomache was filled with water. If it's not enough, you get to learn to enjoy the simplicity of its taste, the little unappreciated stuff in life, which is another goal worth meeting.
