How to sort out my phone bills by 10th Dec 2010 instead of blaming them for ripping me off
How I did it: -Had to talk to differnt departments
-Waited at least 40 mins on hold
-Told the stupid phone company I will not pay a cent for ZERO service
-Forced myself not to raise myy voice
-Honestly and clearly told them what happened and how it all didnt make sense
Lessons & tips: Be calm at the phone operators, its the company policy not the workers fault
