Congratulations! Going that way myself! What about sugar? No sugar?

I don’t eat too much sugar (I buy about 2 pounds a year), but I am still trying to change to aspartame/sucralose. I am eating lots of sugarfree gelatin.

Strongly recommend

Agave nectar, raw honey, stevia or brown rice syrup. Much healthier and better for the metabolism than chemical sweeteners. Aspartame has been known to produce adverse health side effects—some people suspect all chemical sweeteners do.
