How I did it: I became almost a vegan - only fish, and only on the weekends. Almost
no fat (ciao chocolates!), only a little bit of olive oil on the
vegetables and no alcohol at all - healthy food.

Agave nectar, raw honey, stevia or brown rice syrup. Much healthier and better for the metabolism than chemical sweeteners. Aspartame has been known to produce adverse health side effects—some people suspect all chemical sweeteners do.
