How to find a job
How I did it: I filled out applications non-stop. . I think I applied to
9 or 10 different places. I think the key is to not get discouraged I
had a total of 3 rejections. (It was actually kind of comical I applied
to the same store in two different areas and one location gave me a job
offer the other sent me a message saying my exp wasn’t to par.) I only
recieved two job offers in all but I’m not complaining. I had my
interview with the company I decided to go with last friday. This was actually
the first job in which I was interviewed by three different people. (I
was so incredible nervous!) I had no idea I was hired after the last
person interviewed me. I remember asking when I would know if I was
accepted for the position and he replied that the fact that I’m sitting
here talking to him I had the position. I was so happy! (>w<) My
first day of training starts June 1st! WOO HOO!!
Lessons & tips: Before
the interview I would suggest that you do your hw on the company. If
they have a website go to their “about page” and become familiar with
the company's culture. Also, check out glassdoor.com it is a wonderful
resource for possible interview questions!

I also setup an appointment with
my schools career counselor to look over my resume.
(Which coincidentally I didn't need since I got the job offer before my apt.)
