"Totally worth it"

How I did it: My supplies: Sketch Pad, Pencils, smudger, eraser and the picture I was trying to replicate! 

It's always hard initially to start "seeing" angles, shadows and space instead of lines and people.  It took me a bit to warm into it.... then it started actually looking like us after many erases and remeasures and redo's!  All in all... I'm really happy I got it done.  I don't think it's by any stretch perfect but it's such a meditative experience I don't care how well it came out.  It's amateurish but something I can work towards for sure!! : )

I really have to brush up now but it was so great to get back into sketching for a bit!

I have to reverse the photo I took. It says “12-29-2010 I do” our anniversary.

Love the floral heart! It always bothers me when pictures just “float” and I know there is a bottom. (Crazy I know)

:) I’m a decent artist so it’s kind of what I look like! lol Thanks for the cheer… I’d like to try to make drawing a more regular habit… just need to carve out the time for it!! Maybe then I’ll actually get better at it!!
