How I did it: We all know how to do it.  We just forget to take them.

Lessons & tips: Tie your new habit to an existing habit.  I always buy a bottle of milk or juice on the way to work.  Taking the pill at the same time meant I wouldn't forget, since the milk/juice habit is already established.

Resources: Boots has cheap multivitamins.  I think vitamins are vitamins, so there's no reason to break the bank for fancy ones.
