How I did it: I looked up donation centers in my city. Went to the webiste of the closest one to look up new donor requirements. Most places are walk in, but give yourself a few hours for all the intake procedures.

Lessons & tips: Must be in good health, on average each donation takes about an hour and half. The more you donate on a regular schedule the more you get paid. Stay plenty hydrated and no alchol or caffine day before or day of, bummer. Nice source of side "fun money." about $200/month if you donate twice a week every week. Bring a book or computer to entertain yourself.
