How to stop touching my face
How I did it: After writing on here that I will stop touching my face, I have noticed that I have slowly stop doing so.
Whenever I would touch my face, I would think about my goal and would stop immediately. Now I don't touch my face unless necessary.
Downside -- I never noticed when people would touch my face but now when they do it, it drives me a bit crazy! If I can't touch it, neither can you!! ah. awful I know.
Lessons & tips: Be aware of the situations you get in that end up leading you to touch your face often. Is it when you lie down or when you slump over a table or when you are driving? Notice when you do it and find an alternative.
Resources: Being fully aware of yourself. Touching your face a lot is a unconscious thing. You but stop zoning out and focus!
