How to make a Control Journal by TechKat

"Easy to make, but hard to follow"

How I did it: I got the idea from 43T to use OneNote, a Microsoft program that comes bundled with newer additions of Office. OneNote is GREAT becuase it's super-easy to edit and MOVE THINGS AROUND... plus, it's like a virtual binder with tabs and everything. The best part is you can set it up to synchronize with your hotmail account, so you can view your notes from anywhere in the world!

Lessons & tips: It does not take much effort to MAKE a Control Journal... the effort comes from USING IT.

Making it customized (i.e., images & font) is optional, but it makes the experience more personal and, perhaps, more encouraging.

It’s really nice to use OneNote because it’s just clickclickclick through things… I don’t even have to safe my file ‘cause my computer is constantly syncing any changes to the internet.

Here’s what mine looks like

Notice the tabs across the top and then the tabs along the right side (those are the tabs within the tabs)

It’s nice. I’mma add this picture to the “How I did it” part :D

Edit: Oh, and that’s just the month calendar. I have everything broken down by days of week, too^^
