now I want to do this!!!! I love bread and butter pickles.
How I did it: I saw a receipe in Yoga Journal for bread + butter pickles. After reading it, it didn't sound too difficult and certainly worth a try. I headed to the market and bought a cucumber and the other ingredients that I didn't have (mustard seeds, tumeric, celery seeds) and followed the receipe. It took longer to heat the water to sterilize the jars than it did to get everything ready to put in the jar. The pickles are made and I just need to wait 3 days to taste them.
Lessons & tips: It is easier than it looks.
