How I did it: ok i needed to loose weight , i was out of shape , selfconcious, was not feeling like the old me. im 32 yrs old, i weighed 260 lbs ,and had no energy at all. I tried everything to loose a few lbs, diets, diet pills, and every thing in between. I tried all combinations of things to achieve some sort of progress. finally after a year of struggling i finally put the puzzle together, and the out come is simply beautiful, are you ready for a new you, if so here are the peaces to a new life.
the key is a product called ephedrasil hardcore.
day one start with 1 cap before every meal.
day two take 2 caps before every meal.
day three 3 caps before breakfast and 3 cap with a protean shake ( i use muscle milk light ) for lunch.
and two caps with a healthy dinner ( eat what you want but eat in moderation).
by second week your schedule will be
breakfast 3 caps
lunch ( just protean shake) 3 caps
dinner 3 caps eat in moderation
now monday through friday
20 min on cardio 25 min weights mix it up ( watch people if you have any questions ask ) other lifters will be happy to help.
now sit in steam room 10 min . take sat and sun off.
its that easy ive been doing this for the last month 4 weeks are you ready for this i weight 240 lbs thats a 20 lb loss . i feel so good, i have so much energy . do this for 1 month youll see results in the first week , but stick with it you wont be sorry. good times for you ahead.
