How to lose 30 lbs

How I did it: I did this in three ways.
Firstly, I did the Sacred Heart Diet to jump start my loss. It involves eating a lot of veggie soup and cutting out anything artificial. It was easy to do since I was so busy and enjoyed the soup I made.
I also hit the cardio, hard. 4-5 days a week on my elliptical. When my elliptical broke, I joined the gym. It was helpful to see my progress compared to other peoples.
I plateaued after 20 lbs and sought out the help of a trainer. My friend recommended a trainer who has been instrumental in my transformation.
This morning I looked at the scale and couldn't believe it. I haven't weighed this little since college.
Lessons & tips: Lots of cardio and cutting out all fast food, junk food, temptations. Mind over matter...believing it would happen, watching it happen, never giving up. I also refused to listen to anybody who had an opinion on anything -- listen to your inner voice.
