How to practice Tai Chi Chuan every day for a month
"I guess it was useful but now I'm a bit fed up with Tai Chi"
How I did it: Well, I just did. I missed a day, but I'm choosing to ignore the said fact. There's nothing much to it... You just find 30 or 40 minutes a day and do it.
Lessons & tips: I hate bit when things turn into an obligation. An idea of this is to keep my mind at piece, just a little bit, just maybe. At first, it worked. Then, I just got irritated that I'm making myself do something I don't always want to, and with no good reason.
