How I did it: As I've said a million times before, I hate when a pleasure turns into
obligation. All the things on this list used to be a pleasure, but this
turned them into obligation. Sometimes it helped - when you are
depressed, it helps having a 'to do' list to stick to no matter what
(especially if it prevents you from spending the whole day staring at a
wall). And to begin with, I was very meticulous, but then I started skipping things - not really becaus I didn't want to do them, but because I didn't have enough time... And it kinda became irritating, HAVING to do anything...
