How I did it: set a weekly goal. weekly works better when you have a longer way to go OR if you are teaching yourself a new style of life, preferably one that's gonna stick around.

Short sprints are better than focusing on the overall goal. I’m doing it monthly with a lower weekly target, but the principle is the same.
