How to refrain from using the computer after 7 p.m. until my neck feels better.
"Sometimes I need to take a break from things I like to do to maintain my health."
How I did it: I sometimes have to take breaks from things that I like to do to feel better.
I did other things instead of using the computer after 7 pm like watch TV, hang out with my family, read a book.
It didn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.
Lessons & tips: I like to listen to what my body is telling me.
