How to stop imposing time restrictions on myself; stop writing off evenings after 7pm or Sundays because of work next day
"How times change"
How I did it: I had a real problem with this when I set this goal. It was seriously effecting my enjoyment of life. Now 18 months later and I never think like this anymore.
So how did this happen? I’m not sure exactly but its either because:
1. I’m now a father and have to do things any time day or night
2. I’m now used to interupted sleep
3. My subconscious has been changing my mindset
But in any case I’m thankful I’ve overcome this and set myself free!
Lessons & tips:
- Understand that nothing is more important than yourself and your family
- Only your mind can set you free
