How to manage my asthma
"I've got the inhalers, I can breathe again, but my vertigo is back again so I need to take these inhalers regularly."
How I did it: I asked my doctor to renew my inhalers that I haven't used in years since I went off of dairy. But allergy season has been super bad this year and I actually had seasonal allergies for once in a very very long time. I was borrowing my daughter and husband's inhalers. So now I have my own.
My doctor thinks that my vertigo will eventually go away on its own and that it probably was from a cold that I had over a couple of months ago. But he did agree that if I'm not getting enough air that the inhalers may/will help with the vertigo as well.
Lessons & tips: I like to listen to my body and figure out what works for me.
Resources: My doc.
