How to be a vegetarian for a year
"Totally worth it!"
How I did it: I decided to become vegetarian after I found out my friend was, and wanted to see what it was like and if I'd miss meat. I slowly cut out meat over a month. it was hard at first, but the longer you do it, the easier it gets.
Lessons & tips: Get Quorn meat if you like the taste of meat. It's meat free, healthier and actually tastes really good. My sister told me she likes the Quorn bacon more than the real thing because it has no fatty bits on it. The lasagnas are really nice too.
