When I moved to South Carolina my sophomore year in high school, I was now eligible to take drivers ed at the age of 15. I had already gotten my permit by taken a simple test and now it was on to the actual hands on driving. But i was scared. To this day I still fear driving. I think at 15, i wasn’t really ready to learn, I was pressured by a fellow math class friend to take the class A.S.A.P so that we can take drivers ed together on that very same weekend. It made sense at the time. I always fear that I will hit someone, danger myself and others, and disappoint my parents. One of my very first times driving i drove into a slight ditch and was helped out by a friendly resident on that street. Now I’m over it, and I can say that there’s nothing to fear 24/7 you have to have confidence in your abilities.
