How to make cheese
"Funny but need a little more taste"
How I did it:
I made mozarella (the fresh type, not like the pizza topping)
Bought something witch name i dont remember and certainly dont know in english :PIt is made from an enzyme in a cows stomac..??!? and in Denmark you get it at the farmacy. It's about $10 for a tiny bottle and it expires fast.
I used FRESH cooled milk from a farm near by. It was cheap too (about half price compared to shop prices). I needed 5 litres of milk for a handful of mozzarella.
Lessons & tips: Use FRESH milk that is NOT homogenized.
You will need something to carry your milk in, if you go to a farm for milk. Do not use a container that smells at all.
