How I did it: i decided to completely detox my life so i decided to stop cut out everything unhealthy and stressful from my diet. i was only a social drinker so this wasn't hard but i went cold turkey and got rid of any alcohol in the house and have started to drink lots of water. i dont socialize with drinkers anymore becasue this doesnt interest me anymore. i feel so much happier with myself, no more hangovers, no needed to keep track of how many drinks ive had and my skin looks loads better!

Lessons & tips:

• stop hanging around drinkers- that's not who you are anymore
  
• get rid of any alcohol in the house so you don't get tempted
  
• let the people around you know your giving up alcohol so they can support you
