How to lose 10 pounds

How I did it: I lost 14 pounds in 6 months. It was really a very long journey. First, the gym. I went at least 3 times a week. Aerobics classes, step classes, running and walking on the treadmill. Going to the gym is really beneficial in a lot of ways. It 's so much easier to work out and lose weight when u r surrounded by other people who are doing the same thing.
And secondly, the diet. I had to lower my portions gradually. And I stopped eating any late dinners. Our lase meal is at 6 or 7 max. If I get hungry after that, then just an apple or something would do. And I've been doing this for the last 6 months. Sure in the middle I didn't follow these rules exactly, I mean you got to eat some junk food sometimes, burgers, pizza...and sure chocolates.But then, I went back to the diet the next day. You shouldn't stop just because u had a week vacation in Rome and you ate toooo much (just like me)....Continue...
Lessons & tips: Work out at least 3 times a week.
Skip the late dinner.
Continue ur diet even if u didn't eat right or healthy for several days. Go back to the routine and don't bother.
