How I did it: I actually did that a long, long time ago, but since I said I am willing to help others, here is the way I did it :).

The first test I took I don't remember. The second one gave me the result of INFJ, but after all, I found out this was not entirely true. The next ones (Yes, more than one) all led to the same result : INFP.

I found many pages that were dedicated to that, and even one test site allowed me to safe my results there and also take another test (which led to the result that my intelligence can be described as "musical", yay!). Especially the forum of GlobalChatter was great, but it does not exist anymore. The people were lovely, and I really felt like they understood me there.

However, there are still many groups. Also, the list of possible careers also mentioned my favourite one ... Not that this is the only thing I care about, but it was amazing. I felt like somebody said : "That is you. It is not something you should avoid, because it is 100% you!"

Lessons & tips: There are lots of free tests online. I think the best one I have taken so far really was at MyPersonality :). Just take your time, and find out more about yourself. You can also do shorter ones over at other homepages ... However, this one really shows you the percentage of each character trait.

And! still don't take it too seriously I guess. For example, if you are the opposite, the ESTJ, it doesn't necessarily mean you would not succeed in artistic careers ... I can imagine all characters doing well there, but the results might differ. :)
