How to run for 10 mins outside by wildcreations

"I just kept going"

How I did it: This wasn't as hard as I thought it might be, but then I was careful to reach a point where I could run on a treadmill for 10 minutes before I tried outside.  

My first run outside wasn't that long, but each time I tried to go further, and so what if I had to walk some of it at first.  But now I've run outside for 10 minutes several times and this morning ran for 15.  Its a really good feeling to be able to do this.

Lessons & tips: Take your time and don't rush your self.  If you don't enjoy it you'll stop as soon as it gets dark in the mornings and evenings.
